Caro Hotel - Bucharest

I loved staying in the Premium Room with Free Wellness Access. The view was fine, and the outdoor seating options were perfect. The gym and pool were huge. Definitely worth the upgrade 😊

Well,overall a good place for business accommodation,rooms were clean,breakfast quite various,good rate for weekend time.

A little bit of noisy coming from backside overnight,some dogs barking.

The breakfast is great with waffels and crepes, for instance, there's an option for each taste. The rooms are great value for money with an excellent breakfast, everything is very good. The location is nice and personnel is responsive! There is a very nice restaurant relatively near hotel.

The wellness center was a fantastic retreat with diverse facilities that helped me unwind completely. I enjoyed my time in the fine lakeside location surrounded by sprawling gardens. Each room had a comfy balcony, perfect for enjoying refreshing views.

I was in room 258 - the room was spacious, but could do with a facelift. A funny incident with the minibar to be noted: I opened the vodka and it was water....should have known better after 20 years of travelling worldwide.... in any case I threw the empty bottle in the bin and decided not to complain and pay for it as I could not prove I wasn't the culprit.... The following night a new vodka bottle was in the minibar, this time same story, bottle perfectly sealed, but full of smelly water....so I took it to reception. If you go to Caro, don't drink vodka he he !

I loved the peaceful atmosphere at Caro Hotel surrounded by greenery. The modern amenities in my newly renovated room impressed me. The comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good highlight with a wide variety of tasty options. I faced some issues like malfunctioning heating in my initial room and had to switch. The second room's tablet controller for heating didn't work smoothly. I also encountered delays in dining due to events happening at the restaurant, frustrating after a long day. Some staff interactions felt a bit detached. A warmer welcome would definitely enhance the experience.

The environment was beautiful, surrounded by nature, and my room was cozy and clean. The wellness and spa center was a good retreat, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with various choices.

Not necessary about the hotel but the location. The hotel is so isolated from the shops or other points of interest.

Noise from nearby clubs makes it hard to sleep!!! The room conditions could be better, with old furniture and maintenance issues that need urgent attention!!! Parking charges are unreasonably high!!! Communication on events affecting dining availability needs improvement!!!
